    Intro to Pole

    You've seen those crazy spins and inversions and you desperately want to give it a try without breaking your face. Never fear! This intro level pole class is the perfect place to start, no experience necessary. You'll learn the basics starting with a warm-up and an introduction to proper foot and hand placement techniques. That will be followed by learning the pole walk and some beginner level moves such as the classic fireman, poses, and pirouettes. You'll get an amazing total body workout, gain muscle and core stability, as well as flexibility. You will love the fun, non-competitive space the instructors have created as you gain confidence and learn some sexy moves, face-breaking free.
