Here, you will work on no-contact bag work and exercises where the focus is on taking your fitness to a whole new level, all while teaching you great self-defense skills through punches, blocks and ducks. You will train in a clean and fully equipped facility that includes a regulation boxing ring, an MMA cage, a matted grappling floor, and a whole lot of training programs. Get in the best shape of your life being trained by professionals on how to defend yourself in a fun yet challenging environment.
