So you’ve been eyeing the heavy bag at the gym but feel too shy to give it a kick. Now is your chance to let out your inner fighter. Kickboxing is a great way to burn calories, gain strength, and, equally important:, have fun. But get ready, because this class is a serious full body workout. Using a variety of equipment, you will learn the basics of proper form, develop your technique, and kick some serious butt. (No prior butt-kicking experience necessary.)
