This 90-minute fully-narrated journey departs from Seaport Village located on Harbor Drive at the Embarcadero. As you travel along the beautiful Big Bay by land, you will hear stories of early sailors as well as the history of the 14-mile long working bay. You also will learn about the importance of the military in San Diego. Pass by San Diego International Airport, dedicated to aviator Charles Lindbergh, just one of the many people you will hear about on your San Diego Seal Tour.
Then, you will splash down into the San Diego Bay off Shelter Island, where you begin the water-tour segment of the journey. As the seal travels through the north end of the Big Bay, keep your eyes peeled for a chance encounter with a California brown pelican. The Big Bay provides views of Point Loma, home to the Cabrillo National Monument, Naval Air Station North Island, the Point Loma Submarine Base and the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. The area is a popular playground for seals and sea-lions so keep your eyes out during your San Diego duck tour - make that seal tour!
Return to land where you will return to your starting point via Harbor Drive, passing the Maritime Museum and Cruise Ship Terminal along the way.

Vimbly service and communication was leaps and bounds above any other online interaction I have ever had.Alec S.
Vimbly is the best! It is super convenient and makes trying new things easy. The classes they link you up with are extraordinary facilities that exceed expectations. I could not be happier after discovering Vimbly. A++Ayanna M.
I have taken two tours with Vimbly and am looking forward to many more in the future! They have a wide variety of opportunities, many of which I would never have thought of doing. Both tours that I attended were well organized, interesting, and fun. I look to Vimbly for ideas and activities when I want to find something fun to do.Karen R.
Used Vimbly 3 times now: booked a Knife Skills class at Institute of Culinary Education, booked tickets to Improvised Shakespeare (HOW DID THEY EVEN GET ACCESS TO THESE???), and booked tickets to an Improv show at the Upright Citizen's Brigade. Really simple and efficient way to find something to do and book it right away without ever having to pick up a phone. I like that you can search by date and also category.Amanda K.
As far as a rating, I'd absolutely give your site a 10. It's easy to use, easy to find whats upcoming, unambiguous and concise. It's something my mother could use without calling me seven times with questions. I've already pointed some friends to the site, and you can be sure I'll be using it in the future.Adrian H.
Vimbly.com is a powerful “secret weapon” for impressing your friends and improving your dating life! Vimbly’s like having a friendly concierge in your pocket with a vast selection of super fun ideas of things to do in the city – everything from how to wow a first date to putting together a fun activity for your peeps. Vimbly hooks you up with a no hassle booking process and makes you seem like an expert in what’s going down in the city.Emma V.
I already have recommended it to a friend! Several in fact. The site is such a good idea and I love how the people at Church Street knew we were coming and treated us like their own customers and not coupon redeemers. My girlfriend and I will definitely be going back there and are already looking on your site for what to do next weekend.Evan W.
Easily one of the best dates I've been on, and I have Vimbly to thank for the idea. Planning to use it again while I'm in the city for the next month, and already reminded my coworkers about it.Andrius R.
