The workshop covers all the basics including preparing the clay for the wheel, a live step by step demonstration of centering the clay, and throwing (creating) a vessel on the pottery wheel. You will have 5 pounds of clay to get funky with and create something unique. This workshop is suitable for someone with no prior experience or as a refresher for someone with previous experience. After learning the basics, the remainder of the time will be used to further explore your creativity. Get throwing!
