During this beginner class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of parkour, a well-know training discipline that does away with equipment. Learn how to use the strength of your body to overcome physical obstacles in your environment!

You’ll practice movements including climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, and rolling to make your way through a complex course in the most efficient way.

Not only will you redefine what it means to get from point A to point B, but you’ll also get in a full-body workout while you’re at it!

Note: And even though you’ll be channeling your inner Spidey, remember that parkour is ultimately about self-improvement, not flashy flips and tricks!
