During this class, you’ll practice the ins and outs parkour, a well-know training discipline that does away with equipment. Learn how to use the strength of your body to overcome physical obstacles in your environment!

You’ll perform movements including climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, and rolling to make your way through a complex course in the most efficient way.
