About this Activity
Your hips certainly won’t lie as you shimmy and roll your way through this fun, energetic class. You’ll learn a variety of sensual moves in this belly dancing lesson including isolations, shimmies, undulations, and more. You will start out with a yoga warm up and light stretching to get you ready to shake. Then in the main part of the class where you will incorporate your shoulders, arms, back and hips to master new combinations. Gain muscular strength and improved coordination. Develop your inner rhythm while improving flexibility and control across the floor. Shakira would be proud.
