This self-defence class has two focuses in mind: helping you learn basic self-defence skill, and promoting physical fitness. You’ll work on solo and partner drills that will make the techniques you learn in class second nature, including punches, kicks, throws, chokes, and joint-locks. In addition, you’ll be getting a great aerobic workout, developing cardiovascular strength, flexibility, and muscle mass. As such, you’ll walk out of each class feeling fitter and happier, with the mental focus and confidence to not only defend yourself, but to approach life with with a whole new positive attitude.

Also, black belts make great fashion accessories.
