This self-defense class is tailored specifically for women. That means you’ll be working in a focused, high energy environment, with an emphasis on self-defense, awareness, and building the strength to take on any foe. You’ll learn to defend against grabs and holds, discover powerful striking combos, learn vital spots to target, and master throws and takedowns that your opponent won’t see coming. You’ll internalize these techniques through drills and sparring practice, so that that they’re second nature and available should you ever need them.

In addition to gaining the knowledge to protect yourself, you’ll also be reaping the physical benefits of martial arts practice, building motor control, core strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.

By the time class is over, you’ll be walking out feeling fit, happy, and confident that you can take down whatever life sets before you with a perfectly executed throat punch.
