Krav Maga is a no frills, super-efficient way to defend yourself against attacks in real-life situations. This isn't a class where you just do repetitive drills over and over again. You'll keep your body alert and active by constantly mixing up your movements. Practice with a partner who will help you burn calories and build muscle faster.
You'll also build a sense of community and get encouragement from fellow students. Between that and your newfound abilities, you'll be ready for anything -- or anyone -- life throws at you.
