In this group meditation, you’ll have the chance to balance your chakras, including the major seven spots of energy -- helping your body to relax, heal, promote emotional balance, and focus on positive thinking.

Over the course of the hour long session, you’ll be walked through various breathing techniques common in Yoga practice.

In addition to this soothing meditation, this is your chance to join a spiritually inclined group of compassionate-minded individuals and discover a supportive, nurturing environment to help strengthen your own spiritual lifestyle.
