No, it's not an allergic reaction -- it's a fantastic martial arts style that encompasses taekwondo, karate, judo and jiu-jitsu. It teaches 5 levels of application -- escapes, controls, join breaks, take-downs, and responses of last resort. Combat Hapkido teaches students to be "thinkers on their feet" -- so you will not only get a ripped body, but a quick and efficient mind as well!

You'll also learn self-discipline, respect, and focus. You'll set goals and work your keister off to meet them, and that does great things for the soul.

So get up and get ready to throw down: it's Hapkido time.
