This free, introductory trial class will offer you an eye-opening introduction to a variety of core techniques featured in jiu-jitsu. You'll learn from a trained professional that the leverage and positioning jiu-jitsu teaches are more effective than size and strength.

In other words, you'll use both smarts and strength to take down an opponent of any size!

Work on grappling, joint locks, and chokes that give you the advantage where most fights end up: the ground. Plus, learn a compliment of kicks, punches, and throws to execute while standing.

As an added bonus, jiu-jitsu has excellent fitness benefits that will help strengthen and tone your body, just like an MMA fighter!
