Troubles with the local Cobra Kai chapter? You don't need to wax some guy's car and sweep his floors to learn the venerable art of karate!

This introductory class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of this popular self-defense style and sport. You'll work on your punches, kicks and throws under the guidance of a trained sensei, and then practice those techniques on the mat in controlled sparring.

In addition to building the confidence to defend yourself in real life, you'll develop your strength, flexibility, and body control, all while getting a great workout. Karate has a reputation for instilling greater discipline and mental focus in its practitioners, making it an all-around great martial arts form to study.

But if you are looking to wax on and wax off, we know an office kitchen floor that could use a good scrubbing.
