This introductory class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of this popular self-defense style and sport. You'll work on your punches, kicks and throws under the guidance of a trained sensei, and then practice those techniques on the mat in controlled sparring. In addition to building the confidence to defend yourself in real life, you'll develop your strength, flexibility, and body control, all while getting a great workout.
