If you're looking for a martial art that specializes in street self-defense, it only makes sense to select a weapons-based training system. After all, there's only so much you can do unarmed.

During this session, you'll learn the fundamentals of Kali Filipino Martial Arts, also known as Kali, Eskrima, or Arnis. This functional, reality-based form of fighting will teach you strategies and techniques that incorporate the use of weapons.

You'll learn to neutralize armed attackers with your own weapons or, in worst-case scenarios, with your bare hands! Prepare yourself for ANY situation as you increase your physical strength, agility, speed, and hand-eye coordination through this class.

After all, if you're not familiar with a weapon as simple as a stick, how do you expect to defend yourself against it -- or anything else for that matter?
