This 15-minute session is designed as an accompaniment to Tru-Balance's pilates instruction-- a way to relax the mind after you've worked your body-- but you don't have to partake in the pilates class to join the meditation practice.
Meditation has numerous benefits in addition to a quick mental break. Research has shown long-term mediation can impact your physical and emotional health in positive ways, leading to a more balanced state of being.
