A popular martial art and combat sport, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on different ground fighting techniques, which means that the issue of size can be taken out of the equation. So even if your attacker is a whole foot taller than you are, you've still got a fighting chance!
During this class, you'll master different chokeholds and joint locks in addition to submission grappling, all of which will help you become more proficient in defending yourself.
Really train your body and your instincts to be more alert of your opponent -- learn to use your strengths to your advantage!

- Brush up on the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a combat sport and martial art
