If you're looking to up the intensity of your workout, look no further than Muay Thai, also known as Thai kickboxing -- but also known as the "Art of 8 Limbs."
During this level 1 class, you'll learn basic offensive and defensive striking techniques, as well as footwork and strategy. Work with Thai Pads to keep your mind alert and your muscles sharp, too!
But before you jump into the nitty-gritty of Muay Thai, you'll need to condition your body for future kickboxing work. You'll start off your session with intense conditioning exercises that'll get your heart racing.
You'll also engage in light contact drills that will help you prepare for live action sparring in later levels. Do you think you have what it takes?
