An executive chef is waiting to teach you all of the steps necessary to recreate these dishes in your own kitchen. Do you crave a spinach quiche with fresh ingredients? Do you want to make the best crostini with red peppers, goat cheese, mint and other herbs? These chefs are ready to make you a rising star in French cuisine.

Note: Participants are welcome to bring their own alcohol. Class provides enough food equivalent to a two-course supper.
