It was very relaxing. The trip didn't last two hours. It was actually one hour. The employees were very laxed. There could have been more structure.

We took a snowshoe and winery tour. Snowshoeing was a fun, easy tour and pretty flat. Great views. Our guide Ariel was great. The wineries were awesome, Crayelle, Horan and Cashmere were the first three in a small cute building in the town of Cashmere. We were treated so well and the wine was yummy! Lastly, we stopped at Icicle Ridge winery. How beautiful! It was a great trip!

Me and my husband floated the river with this company and we really liked. We rented an extra float for our cooler and had a great time!!! The staff was friendly and we had a really good experience overall. We'll be back next summer!!!

We took a tube float trip on the Wenatchee River at the BLue Sky Leavenworth location. The staff was gregarious and friendly and we enjoyed them. The safety brief and equipment was fine. We should have asked why they pushed us all to take Frisbees to act as oars. That is called foreshadowing. The problem was (1) a stiff upstream breeze; and (2) record low water levels which turned the tubing stretch of the Wenatchee River into a very long and thin lake. With the exception of three or four riffles there was no water moving at more than a crawl and when the wind gusted you actually floated upriver. So with a dead weight grandkid bungeed to each of our tubes we ended up rowing with the frisbees most of the way. Not so restful. Water and wind are not the fault of the stff of course, but they could have been a little more informational about the impact of the environment on the bucolic float trip. Gorgeous views, kids loved bailing out and splashing in the shallows. Wait for higher water though - if it ever comes.

Went tubing on the Wenatchee with BSO. This was my first time so I didn't really know what to expect. We were not provided with paddles and struggled with the river the whole time to stay in the current areas. I never even knew of the paddles until we saw tubers of their competitors going by, and maneuvering with a lot more ease. We caught a few stagnant areas of the river and had to paddle with our hands to get back into the current.
Also we were not informed the ride ends with a hike up a sandy hill then a couple blocks to the store to get my keys. We definitely would have parked closer or made different arrangements having this information.
Clerk at the shop apologized for us not getting paddles, when I mentioned we had to fight a lot with the river instead of having the relaxing ride we expected, simply got a "hey, good workout" reply. No compensation for our miserable experience.
We could tell the people with other companies were having a lot better time. Next time we will likely go with someone else.

The days started out a little rough, due to the107 degree heat this was a popular adventure for the day which put the group's a little behind however it was understanding. The girls who checked us in were whitty and funny for our 11 person group from 8 yrs to 80 years filled with very excited little ones.
-take role or something to link tubes we had to use shirts, it made leapfroging tubes worth it
- if u have kids who want to swim a Lot don't get them a tube it's extra weight.
Adventure was a lot of fun and great for a hot day.
