Looking to get away from the crowds? Stop cruising the mainstream attractions and take a sea kayak out on the placid waters of Griffin Bay at sunset.
Grab your gear and get out onto the water with the most experienced guides in the area. You'll paddle past the glacier-covered Mt. Baker and take in beautiful views of the Olympic Range. Watch as the last rays of sun trickle through the forests of the San Juan Islands and the shadows stretch out across the shining waters of the bay.
As you paddle, you may also encounter bald eagles, dall’s or harbor porpoise, river otters, mink and oodles of migratory seabirds such as scoters, harlequin ducks, loons and mergansers along with our local herons, cormorants, gulls and kingfishers!
The serenity of the scene will sustain you for days!
Note: Minimum Age – 8 (With limited space for 8-12 year olds in a triple kayak.)
Please list down in the special requests box the name, age, height, and weight of each participant. Max height is 6'6" and max weight is 250 lbs.
