Check out this free, No Gi Jiu-Jitsu class with the UFC Gym Roosevelt. No Gi means that you will get to practices in your own workout clothes, but more importantly, it means that the class is less formal, more dynamic and faster pace.
You'll learn the fundamental techniques including, fundamental takedowns, self-defense techniques, position controls, position escapes and submissions. Because this is an informal setting, no belts or stripes will be rewarded, but you will walk away with solid real world fighting skills.
And frankly, that’s all you wanted in the first place.
