    Aerial Dance On Motivity Trapeze

    What could be more beautiful than an elegant ballet? How about a ballet in the sky! Aerial dance is a special form of aerial arts with the focus on the inherent beauty and fluidity of movement, as opposed to the tricks and stunts taught in circus aerial arts classes. You’ll learn basic vocabulary and moves to secure yourself on the equipment with various body parts, but the emphasis of the class is on freedom of movement and expression in the vertical and horizontal space using a type of dance trapeze known as the 'motivity' trapeze.
