Jiu Jitsu was developed for the smaller person to defend against larger adversaries, and at 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu, you'll learn how to do just that. It is considered a soft martial art since it uses joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat opponents instead of direct strikes. You'll also learn some general self-defense moves as well.
