    Thinking too hard is an occupational hazard of life. Learn to give your brain a break during this 3-hour meditation class! Increasing evidence points to meditation providing numerous health benefits, including improved focus, decreased stress, slowed brain aging, and a more positive outlook. During this group session, you’ll enjoy a positive learning environment hosted at one of the oldest and largest meditation centers in the Bay Area. In addition to silent meditation time, you’ll learn all about the practice from a knowledgeable instructor.
