If you have been wanting to get into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but aren’t sure where or how to start, this is the class for you. You will start from the very beginning with a trained instructor to begin learning the fundamentals of this intense martial arts form. In this class, you will gain effective self-defense techniques, takedowns, and positional strategy. Your beginner session will start with a warm up of jiu-jitsu relevant drills, then to techniques and drilling where you will go over 1-4 techniques taught and drilled with the beginner practitioner in mind. Gain confidence in your ability to defend yourself and security knowing you’re a little more prepared for the unknown.
