Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art, combines elements of dance and aerobics with combat to give the practitioner improved power, flexibility, agility, and endurance.
In this class, open to all levels, you'll work alongside an experienced instructor and like minded students to learn more about this beautiful martial art.
Each lesson will be tailored to benefit the majority of students of a particular level that are present. That being said, the curriculum will still be followed, but the level of difficulty will vary from class to class.
