Getting personalized attention from your expert instructor, you will start off class with a vigorous warm up of jump roping to get your blood flowing. From there, you’ll work through a variety of exercises to perfect your jabs, hooks, crosses, and uppercuts. You’ll even put them together in original and practical combinations. You will also practice with defensive movements and footwork. As you train, you’ll get an incredible cardio workout that will burn calories, tone your muscles, and give you confidence in your hard-hitting self-defense skills.
