Believe it or not, "vogue-ing" is actually a dance style that can provide you with an intense body workout. Sounds too good to be true, doesn't it?
You'll practice the six elements of vogue-ing, including hands, spins, catwalk, duckwalk, dips, and floor performance on your journey to a better-toned body!
This class will begin with a 15-minute warm up during which you'll partake in core work and isolation exercises. Afterwards, you'll learn some of the extensive history of Vogue as you master the different elements, each strengthening different parts of your body.
The choreography you'll learn will be infused with other forms of dances such as jazz, modern, ballet, hip-hop, and Afro-Haitian!
You'll see it takes much more than just killer genes to make it in the modeling industry!
