Up your self-defense game by learning traditional Chinese martial arts with Eight Step Mantis! You’ll find yourself in a supportive studio environment that takes training and fitness seriously.

Each class starts off with a meditation to clear the mind, and a warmup to prepare the body. Then, after some strength and endurance exercises to improve core strength, you’ll engage in kicking and punching drills to improve and internalize proper form. You’ll also get practical experience through partner drills, during which you’ll learn to implement counters and takedowns techniques into your self-defense arsenal.

With practice, kung fu study can lead to improved balance, coordination, and fluidity, as well as more focused mental discipline.
