Alongside a local guide, you’ll bike scenic country roads edged by rolling hills and farmland. Visit some of the valley’s famed growers, where you’ll learn firstand about organic farming methods employed at each.
Notable stops include Quivira Vineyards (one of the most innovative and environmentally conscious wineries in the valley that also features vegetable gardens and exotic chickens), Preston Winery (known for their artisanal bread and produce), and Dry Creek Olive Company (where you’ll learn about olive oil production).
Of course, you’ll also have the chance to partake in wine tastings along the way. It is Wine Country, after all.
