In this class led by professional, trained instructors, you’ll learn the basics of judo alongside fellow beginners at a pace suited to your needs and skill level.
Not only will you get a grasp on the knowledge of judo, but you’ll also learn basic ways to throw and pin down your opponent. All of the students learn to fall and be thrown easily and without discomfort.

What to expect
- Explore the basics of judo in this intro-level class
- Learn key moves, including as throws, takedowns, jabs, and pins
- Practice your newly learned throws on Sensei
- Enjoy an exciting, light-hearted workout that breaks out of a monotonous gym routine
