Ever wonder how to get more flavor and tenderness into your grilled meat? Smoking is a griller's dream when it comes to creating the most moist, tender dinners. Smoking is the process of flavoring and cooking food by exposing it to smoke from smoldering materials. In this class you will concentrate on a variety of meats using different types of pellet smokers including a Traeger, Grilla, Big Easy, Big Green Egg, and propane gas grills. You will smoke pulled pork, a pork tenderloin, a brisket, a chicken, some buffalo wings, some sweet potatoes, stuffed peppers and more. Are you drooling yet? So will your guests after you learn from this class how to smoke them a ridiculously tasty meal.

Note: The cost of the class includes all food. All students need to bring their desired beverages – water, soda, beer, or wine. There is a minimum of 10 students per class. If less than 10 attendees sign up you will be notified prior to your class and asked to reschedule to a date where there are more than 10 students.
