Who knew you could get fit while playing footsie? This high-tempo kickboxing class is designed to give you a fun and effective workout, while introducing to one of the popular styles in the martial arts world!

Build form and power while practicing stand-alone combos and heavy bag drills. Learn a variety of kicks and punches in the process. Then, develop your combat awareness and instincts with controlled sparring! This is a great way to develop your self-defense capabilities, bring out your competitive side, and shed calories and stress.

Better yet, the first one is free! Even if you ultimately decide the sport isn’t for you, at the very least, it’ll be good for a few kicks.
