In this beginner’s class you’ll learn the power of mind and body as you practice both armed and unarmed forms, understanding the power of your actions, and the self-control necessary to determine proper usage. Through the teachings of your sensei, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your body and how to control its movements with precision and mindfulness. Think you have what it takes?
