During this class, you’ll pick up the fundamentals of Qigong, a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training.

As a workout, it’s low-impact, so your muscles and joints won’t be very sore the next day. As a tool for mental health, it’s incredible! You’ll reap the extensive benefits of meditation, including diminished stress levels, higher mental energy, and increased happiness.
