You’ll be learning under the guidance of professionals trained in the disciplines of Muay Thai and Sanshou kickboxing, while getting a full-body workout that will take your fitness level to an entirely new level.

It all begins with a some light stretches and cardio to prime your body, before you dive into drills designed to teach form and power. Learn the devastating hand, foot, knee and elbow strikes that Muay Thai is renowned for as you hit the heavy bags, and develop a fighter’s instincts through controlled sparring.

Before you know it, you’ll be drenched in sweat and burning through calories, but you’ll be having so much fun kicking butt, you might not realize it.
