About this Activity
Everyone deserves a little dessert now and then. In this dessert-centered class, you’ll learn the fine art of dessert making, with an emphasis on dishes that are easy to make so that you can prepare them whenever you’d like. This dessert class takes a healthy approach, using seasonal fruits, natural sugar, and pastured eggs, butter, and cream. You’ll receive an instructional lecture on nutrition and the various sciences behind the food techniques you’ll be learning, complete with demonstrations, prior to getting into the hand-on portion of the class. After this class, not only will your sweet tooth be satisfied, you’ll be a little bit smarter, too!

About the Teacher
Rosie has years of experience working in catering and commercial kitchens with an emphasis on nutrition. She owns both a B.S. in Biochemistry from UC Berkeley and a Master’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition from Hawthorn University.
Cancellation notice must be provided at least 7 days in advance in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance of class are entitled to a class credit only. No exceptions. Classes are transferable and may be used by a friend in the case of your inability to attend. Rosewater Cooking & Science reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness or low enrollment. Registered participants in such classes will be notified as soon as possible and are entitled to a full refund or credit towards a future class.
