For instance, you’ll learn the importance of beneficial yeast to your digestive system -- think kombucha!

You’ll also make sprouted almond-coconut butter, as well as other great recipes you can replicate in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Cancellation notice must be provided at least 7 days in advance in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance of class are entitled to a class credit only. No exceptions. Classes are transferable and may be used by a friend in the case of your inability to attend. Rosewater Cooking & Science reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness or low enrollment. Registered participants in such classes will be notified as soon as possible and are entitled to a full refund or credit towards a future class.
