But have no fear! During this class, you’ll be introduced to the amazing variety of South Asian curries, including regional variations.
Become familiar with the different spices you’ll use, such as cumin and turmeric. You’ll also learn more about South Asian cooking and culture as you go along.
At the end of the class, feast on a deliciously flavorful curry meal!
