Using only vegetable oil, lye, and essential oil and botanicals for scent, create beautiful, creamy lathering soaps that are actually good for your skin. As you begin to understand the cold process, you will become familiar with the equipment involved, and learn about different oils, safety techniques for working with lye (or sodium hydroxide), and how to create your own custom formula.
