About this Activity

Through these dances, you’ll pick up movement and technique, build your physical stamina and body control, and improve your flexibility. Live drummers will be there to accompany you, getting your energy pumping and giving the whole class an authentic, celebratory flair. This class even gives you the chance to take your new moves to the streets, where they belong.
