In this trial class, you will learn how to move gracefully and purposefully through a variety of moves including jumps, high kicks, and low leg sweeps. Become aware of your form and learn to strike opponents through precise and methodical movements. With a focus on Buddhist teachings, you’ll discover a connection to philosophical principles as your instructor guides you through this holistic practice.
