Sure, there's a bunch of walking tours that you can take from Lotta's Fountain to Maiden Lane to Union Square. But how many tour guides try to trip you along the way? SK will -- SK Morton, your hilarious tour guide that is -- and he's got a pretty good record of acquittal.
The Lousy Tour is an entertaining walking tour that incorporates points of interest for history, architecture, flora & fauna and culture in a fun and humorous way. Nothing is taken too seriously and SK often makes guests his playful victims. Once you settle into your recommended Stockholm Syndrome you may just get to see the city skyline from a rooftop garden on Market Street, tour the only Frank Lloyd Wright designed building in San Francisco, examine, up close and personal, a monumental work by famed artist Ruth Asawa, and pass through the gates of Chinatown on your way to Old St. Mary's park and church. And if you're good, maybe have a bite and a pint at the Irish Bank...maybe.
Note: The walking length of this tour is approximately 1 ½ miles. Children under the age of 5 can attend free of charge, however you must enter your child's name and age in the "Special Requests" section when placing your booking. Tours will run rain or shine.
