Fly like a butterfly, sting like a....crane?!
In this group class, you'll get experience with the unique fighting form known as White Crane Silat kung fu, which focuses on real-world self-defense instead of in-class competition.
With the help of a trained and friendly instructor, you'll practice moves from both hard and soft self-defense techniques, including stances, kicks, strikes, blocks, and more.
You'll also have the chance to put your new skills to the test in partner sparring drills as well as individual repetitions -- all in a supportive and disciplined environment where you can focus on your personal fitness goals!

Note: White Crane Silat students refrain from drinking water during class time and from leaving class to use the bathroom unless it is an emergency.
