To move with such grace and fluidity takes an incomprehensible amount of fitness and skill. And during this drop-in class, you’ll be introduced to the fundamental techniques of ballet!

Though you may not appear on the stage at the Met anytime soon, there are still numerous benefits associated with a workout like ballet.
