The French have given us creme brulee, The Statue of liberty, and now they bring us Parkour. L'art du déplacement, or the art of movement, Parkour is a fitness discipline focused on learning how to navigate your environment efficiently and quickly. Your surroundings are the obstacle course and your body is the tool in this introductory class. Exercises will range between running, swinging, climbing, vaulting, rolling and crawling. Aside from the training and the advances it has on your physical well-being, Parkour will instill confidence in what you can do mentally and physically. See the world from a unique perspective when you experience Parkour!
