At your selected show time, head to Union Square for a show at the San Francisco Playhouse, a beautiful, intimate 200-seat venue housed on the second floor of Kensington Park Hotel. This gorgeous 1925 Gothic-style building revisits an era of elegance and historic San Francisco charm, and the stylish lobby showcases hand-painted ceilings and modern artwork and serves complimentary tea and sherry.
Established in 2003, the San Francisco Playhouse features multiple performances each year. The theater garnered 20 Bay Area Theatre Critic nominations in its first year alone, and is the winner of SF Weekly’s Best Theatre Award and the San Francisco Bay Guardian's Best Off-Broadway Theatre Award.
